Do not ring them.
they just tell you to e-mail them.

so here's how to do it.....


email them at Info@swapishop.co.uk and ask for your username to be changed set it out something like this....



Hi, I would like to change my username,

Old Username: bob111
New Username: Bobby123

Thanks for your help and time,

Bob.
