I really like this site. You can watch a large number of channels for free including the sci-fi channel (US) sports channels, news channels and feeds, educational channels, music channels, shopping channels, movie channels, and religious channels.... most, if not all of the channels require Quicktime Player.

You need a DIVX player installed to watch it... It as a lot of good TV shows on there, past and present.
