I would suggest you try the Sony Ericson website and ask them what to do (they should have a "contact us" page or something like that), if they say that you need to do something to make it work then do that.
If they tell you that you have to buy a replacement for anything, then phone SwapitShop and tell them that the phone is not working and needs a new whatever, and discuss with them what you should do.
If they say it doesn't work at all, then phone SwapitShop and get your swapits back and make sure the seller gets a -4.
