I sent an email to SS regarding a swap filter idea, along with a new star rating idea and the idea of banning members with massive minus ratings.
I got this reply:

Hi there,

Thanks for the email.

We will be improving our search tool to include various filters, including a rating one. This is one of many upgrades that we will be introducing soon, including some new Star rating colours.

We choose not to ban members with a low swap rating as this would give them the opportunity to create a new account with a new Swap Rating. We believe that it is better if swappers can see if a member has failed to send items, rather than be unaware of their previous swap history.

notice on every query email you get back they say soon they never give like a time frame soon could mean tommorow or next year for them.

Yes but don't a lot of people just get automatic emails?
And i've heard they're having an upgrade in the summer.
