Got my swaps in the post but keyring is missing ???

I got my swaps in the post and the envelope had a hole in it and the key ring packet had a hole in it and the key ring is gone

What will I do ?

Nope in the right place

Email or phone ss and explain and they should give you a refund! This has happened to me before and they appologised and gave me a refund
