Same here! My swap got delayed because of stupid Royal Mail and I got my first -3!

Because if you have a low rating, it wouldnt bother many people. But if you've been swapping for almost 2 years, and have never got a minus, it p*** you off to know that you finally got one due to the t*** that run Royal Mail (Not the workers).

Swapitshop better reverse it. I remember them telling me they would.. but i cant rmemeber if thats IF they get it.
