This is how it goes  I know a site that you can download ***** free from (  ) and I wouldn't tell my sister the site. So my dad said he is going to look through my history and find it :/ If he cannot find it, he is going to get in my next door neibour who is a total computer geek, and trust me, he knows what he is doing  I am going to be honest and say I have been on a few little sites that I would pefer my family from knowing Now for the main part! How can I clean my computers history COMPLETELY leaving no traces what so ever on these sites I have been on

Tools -> Delete browsering history.
Then go to start -> run -> type in: %temp% -> press ctrl + a and then press del or delete -> and there we have it.
(assuming you are using IE and windows xp)

No, These are the files that download in to the cache, Maybe some cookies aswell (if you watch a youtube video, Part of it will be here)
