Right as some of you know i called ss last week about a swap i sent off 10 days before which still hadn't got there. The woman said i had to wait till tuesday as they cannot take action until then, OK fair enough.
Now i have phoned them again today and got some dopey women who wasn't listening properly and was no help what so ever. I first explained about my swap not getting there and then she said "how long ago did you get the email saying the swap had been said to you?" I then replied "I sent the swap to you!" and then she said "how do you know we haven't recieved the swap?" I'm like ffs and said "because i have had no confirmation you have recieved it, my rating hasn't gone up and i haven't recieved my swapits!"
So she put me on hold for like 2 minutes to go and look for the swap, took forever!
Finally when she came back to the phone she said "sorry we haven't recieved it but we have to wait over 15 days before we can investigate" i said "i sent it over 2 and a half weeks ago!" which is obviously over 15 days. Then she replied "I know but you have to wait oiver fifteen days after you have sent it" Im like how stupid can you get? She then goes "is there anything else i can help you with?" I say no, then she hung up!!!!
Is it me or is that just bloody stupid!
