I sold a nintendo ds and 1 week later I got my swapits , But then the next week i got a -4 for item not as described. I called them and asked why and they said the nintendo ds was only a picture ? WHAT !! I sold a REAL ds , and how do THEY know that the winner didint just take a picture of it and print it of and send it to swapitshop?

Im going to phone up until I get my swapits back!

You definetely need to keep ringing them until you get your swapits back and your rating changed. The person who bought it may have done what you said or they may have mixed up somebody else's swap with yours when forwarding and that other person was a scammer.

Whilst you're at it ask them when we're going to get our swapits from the Habbo survey, why the friends links aren't working, why they aren't checking swaps to make sure things like what you just described don't happen and why when I rang them to ask last Tuesday they picked up the phone and then left it off the hook for 2 minutes before putting it down please.

For the itunes? No it still came to me , it just had a diffrent name on it.

Wow that is a bad thing to have happen to you but they have absolutely no right to come back at you now.

The item went through them they put it through the system and completed the swap giving you plus rating and swapits. Thye have absolutely no right to turn round now and take back its 100% there fault for obviously not checking the item in the first place.You need to tell them all this and ask why it is you that is now paying for there stupidity they are supossed to check all items that go through and i know they dont but they are supossed to!

The swapper you sent it to has used that thye dont check the items to there advantage to get there points back and get a free ds out of it that is awful!
