Well since Swapits changed their layout, ive noticed the proper thread hasnt been updated, so i thought id do it for them.

1) Go to the home page.

2) Down the right hand side, there's a link that says 'Links and your full report' underneath a text box. Click that.

3) On the right hand side again, there is a module called 'Links' that says.
Click 'email and text'.

4) You'll see a box with something like:
