this may not be any help to you - BUT when i didnt know how to, there was no guides so i had to find out myself.

How to take a screenshot and upload.

This is from my forum so ignore where it says post onto TGP.

Ok follow this step by step guide!

• First of all get your screen into the position you want.
  
  
• Take a screenshot
  
  
  
• Then open up paint and then click edit and click paste
  
  
  
• Then use the 'select' tool to resize the image to the correct size.
  
  
  
• Then save it as something you can remember.
  
  
  
• Then go on www.photobucket.com and register.
  
  
  
• Then upload the image
  
  
  
• After it has uploaded an image like this > should appear
  
  
  
• Then click on the text shown in the image> and it will copy automatically
  
  
  
• then paste that code into the text box on TGP
  
  
  
• Then post that message!!
