I have recently purchased 2 items from ILC - A bulk lot of Scented rubbers & A bulk pack of light up phone charms.
After recieving my Scented rubbers - in fab condition although postage wasnt fully paid so I had to pay some I had my doubts about ILC.
But I Pm'd her to say that I was rather dissapointed about the Postage and she gave me a full apoligy.
Im one for giving people second chances so I purchased another item from her - Phone charms.
All the way through I was updated about the item and its current proccess. I was very impressed that altough there was slow delivery to SS (at NO fault of her own) as she posted 1st Class. It did however arrive quickly to me from SS also 1st class!
The charms were in great condition as described.
Not only in the package did I find the charms but 2 free gifts - A Stationary pack - which ILC had been selling at 500 a pack! Also a Hair gel sample (the one from SS frenzy)
Also inside was A handwritten letter - which proved how much care had gone into the package. It stated thankyou for purchasing item and also that she had included the Free gifts and sorry about postage from last time.
I was extreamly impressed at the effort and care that had gone into her swap - and that I had never in all my time on SS recieved a swap that had so much care or a letter included in it!
Can I just say a MASSIVE thankyou to ILC.
You are a credit to SS!
