Id probably change the way that staff is run and improve the customer service.

how i would do that, no idea =/ employ new staff?

I bet office space, staff wages all the fees make it a slim profit from the advertising, unless they get government grants for running a younger ebay or soemthing?

ss make over 500k every year also i would buy everything on ss and give people 100000 swapits if they send in a swap within an hour (this would happan every year)
