My Internet Has Been Down Since Yesterday Morning
I Spent Entire Hour On The Phone To AOL & Netgear!
It Was Hard To Understand Them, Also I Could Hear Over Convosations.
Also The Muisc They Played Was c***.
Least I Know What To Do If The Internet Stops AgaiN!

Not sure about your ISP but most call centres are based in India, so before you even get throught, theres going to be a language barrier.
And yes, the annoying silly music is ..........well.......annoying lol.

Im Not Sure But I Had To Reset My Router Because It Wasnt Connecting With The Internet, Know I Know Next Time What Infomation I Need When Resetting It

yeh it mostly that happens to me
i just turn router and ntl box offf together for about 20 sec restart computer it work again
