Finally a decent enough psp site, instead of people just making crappy ones, this one seems to be alright

You can still edit the template.
A standard Vista templte looks stupid on a PSP forum.

Why not customize one yourself? Most forums don't use standard templates.

sadly i have to buy advance hosting off hosts for £20, but i dont have the money for it now, but will do in the future thanks mate for the tips

To modify the template just go into the admin panel...
