I Know It was round the postal strikes So maybe they got lost?
They all have been over a month now

Only 2.5k? Thats about all i have left in my account...LOL

They are awkward though!

My favourite one is when they ask for stamps and i say oh well i sent a 2nd class stamp, and they send an email back saying 'what is the value of the stamps?'

I think the problem is that SwapitShop are not being awkward. They are just covering themselves.
Imagine how many people, and I am not saying this of you Patrick, but how many people must email SwapitShop and claim to have not received the swaps, even if they have?

Therefore, due to that reason, I think that SwapitShop have to investigate, prior to giving swaps back, in case the complainant is trying to scam them.
This has a knock on effect though, and means it is a pain in the backside for the bidders, who have genuinely not received their stuff.

I do feel sorry for you Patrick, but I have to say that I agree with the way SwapitShop are handling this.

I hope it all gets sorted out soon for you though.

i have had the same problem on wednesday i sent in two swaps and SwapitShop only recieved one so on monday i'm going to ring them to let them know that i have sent it in.

i ain't bothering to send a e-mail as they seam not to reply back to me like last time and i ended up having three rating poins deducted off my account?

Well that is antother case lol of SwapitShop bening stupid! SwapitShop are very annoying at times but they can be rearing thiugh you jusyt have to watch about and reallt be carefull with royal mail nowadays!
