i sent a item in it was worth £80 so i sent it specail delivery guranteed by 1pm on friday i knew they never opened on saturday but i wanted to be careful incase it never got there and yesterday it was delivered i rang them up and they said oh we have alot of post so we are doing them as fast as they could fair play
today i rang them around half 5 and they told me oo we am sorry but we have being busy all day and havnt had time to process alot of swaps but we gurantee it iwll be processed today and now i jsut got back and checked my mail they sent me this stupid email

why do they need to check if i sent the phone sealed and if they break the seal thats there fault patrick cant complain to me as i sent it sealed otherwise they would had canceled it straight away so patrick i dpont think you will be a happy bunny anymore with them lol if they opened it lol also i have lost one rating
