Good luck, I guess there is a small chance they might refund the swapits if they send as the title does lead you to beilve that your getting the phone but in the listing they did say it's a book and they never told you that your bidding for a phone.

in the descripition it clearly stated book. anyway good luck on trying to get a refund. hard luck if you dont get one, as thats alot of swapits.
