'Family Guy' to be made into a movie?

Hit animated series Family Guy could follow in the footsteps of The Simpsons and South Park by being made into a movie.

Show creator Seth McFarlane has admitted making a feature length film of the show is a possibility for the future.

He told the Hollywood Reporter: "We have been trying to figure out how to do that and the series at the same time without the series suffering."

But he said if a film were to go ahead then US TV network Fox would have to sign off on it and he has no ideas about what storyline it would follow.

You've obviosly never watched it then. Seth was thinking about it, plus simpsons just re-does washed up jokes from thier previos series. if I wanted to hear Doh so many times in half a pup hour id go to a pizza base factory for gods sake! Simpsons Movie Sucked. End of. Waste of £2.50.

Dude! Its not a copy of the simpsons , They are not yellow , they dont have a talking dog , they dont have a evil baby! SO how can that be a copy.

I haven't ever watched it but loads of films get their ideas from others and of course they are not going to make it so obvious. The jokes may be similar and of course they have their own jokes too. Mabey Simpsons copy them? Mabey they copy Simpsons, I don't know. But I do know its not worht arguing over.
