i always avoid stamps unless they say they are unfranked or unused. They could send used ones and as its not stated used or unused you wouldnt have a leg to stand on with SwapitShop.
Hope if they do come its unused though

Yes that seems very odd. The seller has 220 swaps currently live. Well, If they don't send they will get a -3 from me. If they send and I can't use them, Well I'll list have to avoid the seller in the future.
