3 strikes and your out!i think that if a seller on SwapitShop has had the item rejected by the buyer coz it was " not as described" 3 times, they should be banned from SwapitShop and there IP should be too.
the only problem is, if they have swapits, what are SwapitShop gunna do?
i spose they could put it in the terms and conditions when people sign up that theyd lose their swapits if they scammed 3 times
but what about member that already have accounts??

its a tricky one lol, i spose SwapitShop could always let the scammer keep their account but put the word "SCAMMER" in big letter next to there username lol
i know it sounds harsh,but scamming aint good.

Ive already asked SwapitShop about this one, and the reason that they let bad swappers stay on the site, is because even if they have -100 rating, people can see that they are a bad swapper. If they were to ban the user, that person would just create a new account, and people would not be able to see that they are a bad swapper,
So there is a good reason behind why they let those bad people stay on the site - just dont swap with them thats all!

Yeah i agree with Yxz 100% imagine all them new accounts being created because the idiots keep getting banned?
It would just be pointless to be honest. Just avoid rubbish swappers, easy

yeh spose, i jus wish ther was a way around all these scammrs cus one day theyll flood SwapitShop and i know its easy to say avoid them, but if it keeps getting worse itll waste even more time.
