I had 68 swaps and decided as it was getting close to the end of listing time to reduce the price of them.

I logged into my account today and they have cancelled 51 of them, they gave me a list of possible reasons why I breached their rules and not one applied.

I cannot see how the items could have been sitting for 6 days without a problem and only on the 7th they decide I have broken the rules, I sell these items all the time without any problems, I'm really angry, I feel I'm wasting my time when they do stuff like this.

Everytime I send them a large number of swaps I have to keep chasing them up for days to get them to credit all my swaps, they tell me they haven't received them, even though they are all in the same envelope.

maybe you are selling soemthing which breaks the rules of SwapitShop?

Ambrose, if you are listing lots of identical items, if you add/edit them all at the same time, and its on a weekend, their automatic system will usually cancle alot of them. This is because they dont want you listing loads of identical items, incase you have clicked submit too many times by mistake or something, and then end up not sending one (if you see what I mean)..

It could also be, if you have any words in your title/description which the system doesnt allow, if it notices that specific word in any of your items, it will remove them.

Yes its annoying ! - Very annoying, considering you always see scams and stuff like 'wii picture' up on Swapitshop, and then when you try and sell a proper item, it doesnt let you! Lol

You'll just have to relist them, best thing to do is copy the descriptions and titles to a word document, just incase it does cancle them

.

It was only sim cards and the only edit I did was to reduce the amount of swapits I wanted for them as I said the swaps had been up for 6 days, so their automatic software coldn't hav mistaken them for accidental multiple listings.

My tip is to always add/edit swaps when SwapitShop are open, so between 9-6 on Mon/Fri? Then the actual people will check them and the computer won't be able to make mistakes.

THe computer is a dumb machine and usually when i add swaps on the weekend it takes yonks for it to make them live!

I think YXZ is right.

I had 3 of the same item up and instead of just doing each one separate i just clicked submit 3 times on the listing.
A few days later 2 had been cancelled.

Thats probably why and because you edited some it just brought the fact you had loads of the same to their attention.
