Yes they do, you can only pay out by Debit Card or Credit Card.
Takes a while though!

I have £87 going into my account this month 
They send it by bank transfer on about the 18th of the month, so you get it around the 20-22nd of the month 
so like, 7 more days for payment this month wooo!
(And yes, they do definitely pay, Ive had about 5 or 6 payments from them so far!)

I used to be a member when i ran a cashback site, but they started being a bit awkward about paying, saying some people had completed offers more than once, so they refused to pay. So yes they will pay out so long as the people that did your offers are totally individual in every case, if someone has done an offer more than once they wont payout. ( they print off the ip's of everyone that has completed offers and if there are any doubles they use that as their excuse not to pay
A friend of mine who also has a cashback site now had the same trouble so she went with different affiliates.

Can I ask how you got that much?
Also they will pay as long as they havent been cancelled by the affiliate, although I also know people that have had their accounts closed and have problems becaue of invalid signups and stuff.

Yeah - SwapitShop Lounge token stuff but a lot of people did the offers twice - so I won't get a payout.
