AHHHHHHHHHHHHi,
I keep posting things that dont arrive to swapitshop. I posted a big parcel of items over 2 weeks ago, and they've been lost in the post. SWAPITSHOP aren't doing anything.
I have rang them. What shall i do?

It's not SwapitShop's fault it's the royal mail.
Send it recored 1st class or whatever it's called.
Problem solved.

yep good advice, i always send packages to SwapitShop via recorded delivery, problem sorted, and if they do get lost SwapitShop are happy to help as you have a tracking number
