Wouldn't be worth calling, that would just be more expense... Just put it down to a bad experience and avoid the swapper in future, although theres been a lot of members complaining about the stamp situation thing with SwapitShop, so may not be Locky11 fault.

They will refund you the money, or send the stamps to make up for money - also fine the swapper

How can they fine the swapper? Never heard of SwapitShop doing that lol.

No, they send you moneyu

if you have to pay for an item, you just post back the envelope with the "to pay" label on it so they can see youve had to pay, and they will refund you the cost in stamps.
I send about 2-5 a week back to them for refunds at the minute becasue every swapper around seems to think everything costs a 1st class stamp to send no matter what size the item is.

Yep, had that a few times too because people are so damn ignorant on how much it costs to post things!
I wish they would READ the HELP notes on SwapitShop
Aaargh!
AND also the sticky threads on here that have help and info contained in them and all the MANY replies people have given in answer to peoples questions (time and time AND time again!) about "How much does it cost to send ? item?"
READ things first people! PUULEASEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!
A good starting point is (again!):-
http://www.swapitshop.com/posting_swaps
READ THE WORDS AND the POSTAGE CHART as NOT everything costs one regular 1st or 2nd class stamp to send off! Different sizes and weights make a difference to the cost of stamps.
Also read the stickies in the relevant sections that you use, please!
Take Lynn's advice Quality Swaps and contact SwapitShop
You can even take a pic of the Label and e-mail SwapitShop with it but it will be quicker to call them and arrange to send it to them to get the cost refunded to you.
I let it go once but don't see why I should pay out for ignorant people's mistakes, so always, whenever it happens again, now, I contact SwapitShop and get re-imbursed

I will avoid him in the future and you should definitely at least e-mail swapitshop at the least.
And yet again my eyes are bleading after readung everhopeful's post

Sohaibs - you don't HAVE to read any of my posts if you don't want your eyes to "bleed"! LOL
I don't know if you have ever noticed or not but, usually, my looong posts are full of tips or info to help other people. I don't usually just post replies with non-relevant words or crap.
When I reply to (a few, not often) posts, its usually to share my experience or give help and tips etc. and I put as much information in them as I think will maybe be of help to people with problems.
Maybe you would prefer that I post one word or one sentence answers such as "yeah, that happened to me"?!
instead of being helpful and trying to help others by informative posts?
Sorry but I am not on here for post count. I am here to share experience and information about SwapitShop and to join in on some relevant-to-me other Forum threads, when I want to.
I don't post a lot, only when something is relevant to me or when I feel I can answer someones question or give some help, usually.
Maybe, if MORE people actually bothered to read some of my loooong posts, they might get to know how to do things better?
Just a thought

Never!!!!!!
Oh darn! I just posted a one word reply to Monster!
ON PURPOSE!!!!
and I could stop there (for Post Count, or a warning for spam, but that's not me soooooooooooooooooooo .............)
I could not resist that, for once.
@ Monster.
Anyway, back on topic and some general comments (not aimed at anyone in particular)
- no-one has to read my "long, boring posts"
I don't give a fig, and there won't be many more really long one's because I am far too busy these days.
I am happy that some of my long, informative posts have been read by some people who could be bothered, however, and that some things in them have helped people.
I will watch and laugh, often, when I see the same old thing being asked over and over again just for the simple fact that people do not or cannot, be bothered to read things AND because, through people being ignorant, they have not bothered to read ALREADY THERE Help and Info on many subjects.
These people may fall into the category of "not good or best they can be, Swapper"
Not my problem
Have fun on SwapitShop Lounge and on SwapitShop everyone!
I am around, daily, on the Forum, even if I do not post (post count is not my preferred thing, only when relevant to me, do I post)
and I will be for the forseeable future
Looking forward to reading (or not) your posts (from everyone)
Some I will ignore, but others, relevant to me, I will read in detail - pity some no-hopers or stupid ones don't do the same - and reply to.
(I do NOT include new people in that comment - they need to learn BUT, they can also take the time to read!)

I agree stop being such a Richard Sohaibs.
Anyway it doesn;t make Tj a bad swapper if the item was good and was sent on time then he's a good swapper.
So he's just ignorant all you have too is ask SwapitShop for some stamps that's al it doesn't make him a bad swapper at all.
