BIG COMPLAINT AND PHONING UP!SwapitShop HAD PUT A CLEARLY "PS2" GAME, WHICH I BOUGHT THE GAME WAS THEMEPARK WORLD! IM HAPPY WHEN I RECIEVE A PARCEL LOOKS LIKE A GAME OPEN IT AND ITS A PC VERSION OF IT GO BACK AND CHECK MY COMPLETED BIT AND GUESS WHAT THEYVE DID ONCE THEY REALISED IT WAS A PC GAME CHANGED IT TO A PC GAME INSTEAD OF A PS2 GAME. JUST TO SAY I WOULD NEVER BUY PC GAMES AS THEY SUCK! |

Omg! Swapitshop Dont Sell Games Well As Far As I know And I dont Think They'll go so far to change the name of your Swap ? Why Would They Need The Swapits They Can Get As Much As They Want ! Unless You Have A Proof Link I Dont think THeres a Need To Ring Them And Hassle Them Even Though Its Not Their Swap? And also I doubt A Refund. | ||

Well only SwapitShop sell stuff in the blue packets... and it was pretty obv because they have loads of accounts doing it with similar names | ||

Anyone could be sending swaps in with blue packets. I'm pretty sure that's a regular member rather than swapitshop themselves, they tend to give a more detailed description of their items. |

that's true what you are saying Muffincrumper and when SwapitShop put swaps up they send what they have put up,and for telephoning on this matter you can ring them but they will ask you to E-MAIL them with your swapitshop username the swap number,date of the swap sent and they will take 24 hours before they reply back to you,Jamie listen to what i'm saying as this is true to my word matie!

It's SwapitShop i know it is only SwapitShop can change it? after its been won? ive got people to back me up that it was PS2 it said... only SwapitShop could possibly do that.. | ||

Here's how I'm seeing it.
You bid on the game which was listed as a PS2 Game, but was really the PC version of the game. Swapitshop as per usual neglected to actually look at the swaps they receive and just forwarded it to you. Trust me, it's happened to me before, I bought what was listed as Shawshank Redemption on DVD, and i ended up with Titanic on VHS, that's now neglectful Swapitshop are with their checking. Failing ALL that, you really did misread PS2 as the PC section. |
