 Basically the second one...What goes up  , but never goes down?  ...Is supposed to make you think of things being thrown up (not sick!) but not coming down! Your age goes up (you have your 1st b-day, then 2nd b-day, then 3rd b-day, then 4th b-day e.t.c.) but never comes down (to the horror of the older women!). 
Get it now? If not then try consulting your doctor! Hehe! (Umm... bad but, well! I try!  )
