Customer servicesJust had to phone them regarding a members user name, and I spoke to a woman ( Not sure of her name ) The member name I was complaining about and asked for it to be banned, was KEVSUCKSC0CKS???
I was bidding on an item but the member with the username bidded over me, instaed of banning the member she took the complete swap down:( so now I can't win it

Thats a shame for some reason they never ban people who do something wrong, they just say they will and assume you will never find out they didnt.
