I edited the debate to make it clearer.

I have no idea about the first bit, but as for porn - it is not illegal unless it is copyrighted and/or features themes of an inappropriate nature i.e. beastiality or under 18, which is against the law. It is illegal for people under 18 to view pornography in the UK.

No it wouldn't be illegal. It's within the public domian, so the recipient of said material could do with it what he/she wished.

I just read the T&Cs of the upload site he used, and since the images become publically viewable, and royalty free property of the upload site, I could post the picture anywhere

it aint illegal you have given your picture out on the internet which means you have voided any consent needed to share the picture as you have shared it.

if kclives had stolen it or taken it himself he would need permission but you gave him it and you shouldnt give out your picture if you dont want others to see as its your own fault for giving it as its out there on the intenet as soon as you post it on the internet.
