Error on swaps - being able to bid after its ended!I think this is a serious problem, which still hasnt been fixed after numerous emails.
On some swaps, people are able to bid after the swap says (ended) on it, and its not very fair on people who are waiting for items, and bid right at the end, and then get outbidded by someone whos bidding after the end time!
Swapitshop need to fix this, as its really annoying me - have sent ANOTHER email earlier today! - Lost around 10 items today so far because of this !

its irritating when u bid on something and u win but then someone bids after the time is over still
SwapitShop has to sort this out seriously

Obviously its good when u can get another bid in after its finished but its getting a bit much now.At first it was just now and agian now its with everything.
Have u tried to phone them yxz?

Ive already emailed them, and got an immediate reply..
They are going to raise the issue as urgent and get it sorted immediatly they said, and they will email me back. (apparently)

Thats great news then  . Hope its sorted very quickly or we going to be having very angry and fustrated users on SwapitShop

Earlier today..
Im not sure on an exact time as my email times are messed up, they dont match the time on my watch or my laptop for some reason :S lol.
Its a few hours out or something random, have no idea why, all I know is that it was late afternoon/early evening

I emailed them about 3 times complaining about that and numptybum Dean basically told me i wasnt refreshing the page properly.....how many ways are there to do that?!

Are you sure you're right?
When it says ended on your screen, that is just the timer run out. If you bid on something with 1 hour left and leave it on your screen without pressing refresh or anything, then nothing will change, you will remain the highest bidder till it says ended.
Meanwhile, because you haven't pressed refresh other bids can still be going on before it has actually ended, but they don't appear on your screen because you haven't pressed refresh.
Is this the problem your having?
Do you press refresh a lot near the end of the swap?
Just trying to figure out a reason

They have loads of little problems that they need to clean up. I have lost out on several rare cards that i desperately needed because of the 'bidding after the thing has ended' thing!

It says (ended), I refresh, and it still says ended with me being the highest bidder, and I keep refreshing, and 30 seconds later someone else has overbid me when its ended, I go to outbid them again and then it tells me I cant and its been won by another swapper :S lol!
