are they new in books also what are they 1st or 2nd class

Sorry I didnt reply sooner!

The stamps are 2nd class, and they arent in books, they are like the lick and stick ones, but without the lick bit, so you need a glue stick.

Really easy though, and cheaper than buying post office stamps! There 735 per 5!
