Its kind of true though.
He is making forums for the sake of making a forum. There is no point making a forum if your going to give up. You have to be dedicated and have knowledge in the subject of your forum, so if your forum is about ps3's, you need to know a lot about them, and have lots of interest in them, the same with any subject.
There is no point making a forum just for the sake of it as it will not be successful and will not work.

there are too many gaming forums. they arent particularly popular in the first place... if people want info on games they go on ign or something...

if you are making a forum, make one and stick with it, it's no good making 50 forums which no-one will join!
