Grr Royal Mail.

I sent a swap two weeks ago, First Class both ways with plenty of stamps and it was NEVER received.

I knew there was a strike at my local Post Office but they told me that they have 'misplaced' my parcel and that I'm going to be compensated, however in order to get the equivalent value back I have to write to the Head Office with proof of postage, which luckily I do have.

It sucks as I now have my first minus (-3)

yeah, but SwapitShop say they'll put your rating back up, BUT THEY NEVER DO!!!

that what happened to me once when the royal mail went on strike in novemeber october 2007
i told SwapitShop to take the minuses off and they did

I phoned SwapitShop when this sort of thing happened to me and she said she would reverse the minus, but didn't!

Luckily a emailed SwapitShop a couple of days later and they did it!

EDIT: Everything is great! Turns out SwapitShop didn't even give me a minus in the first place!

For once I'm glad that they're disorganised, it really saves me the hassle!
