i forgot to say,
he got caught about a week ago.
he was cautioned with a harrasment warning.
if he tries it aggain he gets arrested.
and anyone who accepts his offer is stupid!

Well then if he was given a harrasment warning then you SHOULD HAVE TOLD SOMEONE.
