I have just opened my package and found that hitsoli sent a Daily Mail DVD instead of The Sims Superstar PC game.

I've called swapitshop and they are sending stamps so I can return the swap and the Oringal envelope.

I know that it's hitsoli's swap as the number from the site matches up with the number on the envelope I've got from swapitshop today.

I hope I get my swapits back.

Well use her from now on with everything you need refunds and false items etc.
She replies within a few hours and actually helps instead of fobbing you off.
