How many stamps do I need?

I don't know the Royal Mail guidelines very well and I no longer have the chart which used to show how many stamps were needed, so could anybody help me with this??

How many stamps (1st class) would I need to send in
an item weighing less than 200g (about 190g on the scales), in a very small envelope (89mm x 152mm)?
