most dvds can be sent using 1 large letter stamp (each side) but you might need to check the weight.

I ALWAYS send Playstation 2 games, Single DVD's and PC Games as Large letters - as long as they weigh between 101-250g's and are normal size case thickness (not over 25mm's/2.5cm's in thickness - measure the side edge which is USUALLY no more than 1.5cm's wide.
Don't forget though, when you put whatever packaging around it, it makes a little bit more weight (brown paper makes hardly any difference BUT if you use an envelope to send game in it CAN "puff out" a bit and will be thicker when measured AND padded envelopes add weight AND make even thicker)
So think about what packaging you use and measure before wrapping/packing AND again after, to make sure of the size and weight before adding stamps.
Of course, you have to take into account the fact you have to add an outer packing/envelope for sending into SwapitShop also.
But to clarify.
USUALLY ONE PS1/PC or DVD REGULAR SIZE (and weight) box, costs (one way)
78p - 1st Class large letter between 101g-250g weight and NO MORE than 2.5cm's/25mm's thick on side edge
66p - 2nd Class large letter between 101g-250g weight and NO MORE than 2.5cm's/25mm's thick on side edge
You can buy different (money) amounts of stamps in the Post Office to make the above amounts up (i won't give you a breakdown of stamp amounts, else I will confuse you LOL) but you could, for example, use 2 x 1st Class (36p each) AND 3 2p's to make up the 78p 1st Class large letter cost.
You do not have to waste money by chucking say, 3 1st Class stamps to make (over) 78p but if you don't have the correct stamps to hand and use more regular 1st or 2nd class stamps to go over the price for postage, then fine, if you can spare them. I don't waste stamps like that though, usually, I make sure I have a selection of different amount (price) stamps, in the home, always)
I personally, think you MUST make sure that you DO cover the cost properly BECAUSE otherwise, your swap may get stuck at SwapitShop, while they send you an e-mail, asking you to forward more stamps and ALSO if it does get through SwapitShop, there is a possibility that the Royal Mail could still spot low postage paid and then the receiver will get a card instead of the game, saying they must pay the extra postage needed (plus a £1.00 charge on top!) BEFORE the package will be delivered - TRUE!!!
- ie 1 1st Class normal stamp and 1 2nd class normal stamp only = 63p only so is NOT enough to put on one PS2 game as oneway postage cost, so you would need to add 3p more in stamps, for it to total 66p to make one 2nd class large letter cost of postage, to send a game.
Some people seem to think that anything can be sent with just one normal 1st or 2nd class stamp, but that is not right lol (as most of us know) and they need to read the Posting Swaps part of "Help" - with chart containing all the postage prices and terms - on SwapitShop to make sure problems do not occur (for themselves OR the receiver of swap)
http://www.swapitshop.com/posting_swaps
Anyway, I have rambled on a bit, but just thought would offer some help/tips and my personal experience etc.
Hope this helps?
