I can't get my photos to upload on swapitshopI keep getting this error message.
Your picture is too large. The maximum size is 100KB
How can I get my photo to 100KB?.

Re-size the photo ?
That will re-duce the size

if you have picasa then click your imagr then file > export file then choose how big to resize it to
