ideasi think you should be able to remove a bid
2.an automatic bid if you go out you put the highest you will go and someone out bids you it will bid over them for you
3.watch list watch items
4.email other members on SwapitShop
5.see peoples feedback like if they want you to lower the bid or sumin i hope they take some of these into consideration

2 is impractical it would effectively put an end to bidding. People would just put a high amount in and let the computer win everything for them.
Also 4 is a bad idea because the whole system is meant to be anonymous.
