Well, first of all, sort out some sections, merge some not-used ones together and add some more I think could work well.
I would change some of the staff around, some moderators de-modded (No offence) and hire another one(s)
I would also post alot more on here, and get a little more strict on some rules and less strict on others.
I would do lots more aswell to help improve the forum!
But the fact of the matter is, I'm not and admin... But I can dream
