ilovecompanies - bad swapper

I don't know what to put about this swapper, they did send but the jelly beans were not brand new in packet as stated on one of the listings. I have since been refunded due to the jelly beans being poured into a dvd type see through bag and sealed with an address label, the jelly beans themselves were manky and have now been binned.

I had at least presumed they would of been the proper bags of jelly beans.

Yes, especially when they had obviously opened a proper packet and put them into this plastic see through bag thing, i am not going to eat them when their germs have been all over them.......yuck!, the person i spoke to at swapitshop instantly refunded me and said she would be contacting the swapper and did say that it shouldn't of gone through in the first place.

I have bid and won like 10 swaps by SwapitShop, Waiting 4 days and they still haven't even been POSTED!

Like seriously WTF??

They have it in there warehouse anyways.

I bought it presuming it was new and sealed (bnip)

I've heard quite a few bad things about this swapper now, and I'm starting to feel uneasy about something I recently won from him/her.

It might be ok if it wasn't the jellybeans. I dont' advise anyone bidding on those if she/he lists them again.

Nah... it wasn't the jelly beans.

It was this face mask: http://www.swapitshop.com/swap_id-1815214/browse and it seems a bit too cheap to be what it says it is because they're going for much higher on SwapitShop so I'm not sure if they'll send or if it'll be out-of-date or something.

I am ilovecompanies. FIRST OF ALL, those beans were bought from a local market, that's why they were in the cellophene bag. Secondly, i cant believe that i bought a bag of 200, just for you, and you chuck it straight back in my face.

Stacface, or whatever your name is, the Simple facemask is brand new, as is nearly everything I sell.

I understand that it's your choice to send the BRAND NEW jelly beans back, however, i dont see why you recieved one lot of beans, and then won another?

How long had you had them?  If they were bought and posted straight away then you should probably complain to the market unless they told you they had to be eaten within a day or something.

To be fair, if they were going off/manky/mouldy/however you wish to describe them then she has a right to complain as there are laws about selling food and I assume these would apply to swapping it too.  You should only really swap food you are sure will still be in edible condition at the other end for some time, preferably giving people a sell-by date in the description if in a packet with one.

OK, hope you understand that I was just a little doubtful about the condition after hearing this and another complaint about one of your swaps.

Did she recieve the first lot before bidding on the second?  That seems pretty fast time to recieve them in.  Are you sure they were definetely with her by that date or were they just at Swapitshop by this time?

Kaylee- Really sorry. I went to complain to the market today, and they refunded me with a £10 w h smiths voucher which i could've sent you if you hadn't of cancelled.
