It's just random, some take longer to add then others, just be patient, it will get added soon.

Don't forget to check your emails, sometimes on a weekend you get a message saying "you cannot trade that item on swapitshop" I get a lot of these on the weekend but on a weekday i can list with no problems

tell me about it i had 4 lots of pokemon cards cancelled as cant trade that on swapitshop last night lol
