No friends now

I got kicked out of school in December, for something I didn't even do! Ever since then none of my friends have called me or been round to see me. They all know my phone number and they all know where I live. One of my friends has been round to see me a few times but she stopped all of a sudden about two months ago. I have no idea why. I called her 3 weeks ago and she asked who was calling, obviously she had took my number off her phone. When I told her it was me she suddenly sounded depressed! When I asked her why she had not been round or called she said 'it was too cold'. I agree that might be the reason that she didn't come round to see me but that's not the reason why she didn't phone! Anyone have any advice for me?
KieraN

What was the think that you didnt do?
dog_luver

Somebody smashed up the whole school and blamed it on me. The school know I didn't do it but they won't let me back in!

The police won't do anything about that. Plus there's no point I'm in my last year so by the time they allow me back in I'll be out officially anyway!

I dont believe you have contacted them, otherwise something would have been done...

Sorry but things like that dont just go unnoticed other kids would have told their parents, your parents would have been annoyed i bet, the school wouldnt just be able to get away with it.

I just think you said that to get some attention because it sounds so far off....no school would ever get away with that as it is deadly serious.

So if you are telling the truth....why has it been kept so quiet?

First of all no I haven't told the police, and I never said that I did.

Second, teenage kids nowadays don't tell there parents much!

Third, yes my parents were annoyed but they also thought that the police wouldn't have done anything. I agree it was vandalism but police in my town aren't that great. And I know what you're going to say 'they're not allowed to do that', and I know that but there is nothing I can do about it.

If you don't want to believe me then fine, I didn't tell everyone to be judged as a liar! I wanted advice on the friendship part. But I guess people on here don't care about that bit and just want to judge people incorrectly.
Twitchamoo

Contact the police...

even if you THINK they won't do anything, you've got nothing to lose.

what kind of crappy school won't let you in again if they know you didn't do it...

You can't say that "people on here" want to judge people inccorectly, when only a few have replied.

How the hell did you get accused for the vandalism?
KieraN

BS. =]
Bradley

this story sounds so unture

the school got all smashed up and blamed it on me

yea whatever

they cant chuck you out without proof

+ if you did you would have to pay for it
Twitchamoo

SURELY THE ONE WHO DID IT GOT CAUGHT ON CCTV?
dog_luver

Well, the person who did do it, there friends have all said it was me and because it's gone round the school that I've done it everyone thinks I did it. Obviously my friends aren't really my friends otherwise they would have done something about it.

I thought they would've caught them on CCTV too, but obviously not.

My parents paid it for me and now I'm paying it off to them.

And like I said before, I'm not here to talk about that part I just want advice on the friendship part!
Twitchamoo

Oh, well clearly they don't wanna be friends with you anymore,

so make some new ones at your new school?
KieraN

I still smell BS..=\
II HBK II

Kinda , You never get thrown out of school for something someone else did. 1 Its BS amd 2 Its childish.
H-H

do you mean u have sat at your house for 3 weeks without going out or meeting your friends??
wtf? YOU should have contacted them - dont leave it up to them and get all depressed - its up to you too!

Ring a few up and arrange to go out up the town - cinema or sumthin.. ask what has all been happening etc.

Keep in contact with people!

Convince them it wasnt you! Make new friends and try to make old ones too

If you're friends aren't contacting you, are they really your friends? Perhaps try to find some new friends around your area. We're all your friends on here anyway, even if we don't personally know each other. We're always here for you.

If the school know you didn't do it, and have no proof, surely they can't kick you out, legally? Perhaps your school was worried about their reputation and had to do something about it, but it's still no excuse to kick you out with no evidence. They should of found out, or at least tried, who the real culprit was and kicked them out instead. This is unjust and unfair. I'd appeal against the suspension/expellation if you haven't done so already, because if you don't when the school come to write a referal for you, for uni or a job etc, the employer won't take on someone with a history of vandalism, will they? Bearing in mind, if you do decide appeal, it might go to the court of appeal, so be prepared for that.

Good luck with your friends and your school.

Thanks but, what do you mean by appeal?

And I haven't been able to get into a new school yet.

And also, I don't care if the rest of you guys think I'm lieing. I know I'm not.

By appeal I mean go against it and say "Hey, I did not deserve that" You didn't do it so why should you be kicked out. Go to the Headteacher, and if nothing happens, perhaps write to your local MP and see what happens. Good luck.

Stop coming and commenting then
KCLiVeS

Stop looking for attention.
Chrissie

I have to keep reading this because the story seems so farfetched. In the first few posts you went on about the whole school thing and as soon as everyone said it was a completely crazy thing you suddenly made that less of the deal and focused on something else.

Someone suggested standing up for yourself and getting help and saying 'i did not deserve that' and you went 'oh i didnt think of that'. I wouldnt have thought thats the first thing anyone would do too be honest.

You dont just take it and say never mind, thats absurd! Which is why to us it sounds like rubbish.
dog_luver

Everybody thinks different and all the things that you've been saying are bogus! I was talking about the school more because people were asking about that and not the friendships.
ManicStreetPreacher

I'm not sure if this is a true story and a cry for help, or just a thing to get attention. However, I said my bit anyway.
Alice Smith

your friend might not be talking to you as she believes you did smash up the school and she may think you are a violent person!!!
If you didnt do it tell your friend and get involved with the police m8

Hope i helped
Olivah

I don't think it's fair saying this is BS, I mean you don't really know what happened, for all we know it could have!

Try being a little bit more sensitive about things.
CaptainDale

Right, well if this really did happen then i'm quite sure the police would of gotten called to your school and a examination and stuff would of took place etc.
groovycat94

how wud u lot know if she is LIENG!!!!!!why wud she do it for attention!anyway ur all posting about the school part of it but she wants help on friends!
//kclives i wudnt make links aout things like that cus besides how wud u know if its true or not

give her some help and stop b****ing
ferret47

Contact your friends and tell them hiding isn't really doing much help is it? It's just making them think it's more likely to be you. Also there are people who will help you - police, Lea (Local education authority) and organisations like that. Unfortunately your caught up in a mess that you don't deserve and moping about it won't help anyone. Start helping yourself and people will help you. Sorry if that came across strong but it's the harsh reality of life i'm afraid.
MARKKMUFC

Even if you had not contacted the police they would have contacted you and come round your house and get you back into school and from what you are saying it sounds like it happend quite a long time ago and because of them reasons I think your just making this up. What was the school called and what City/Town is it in?
Sim

this is BULL S H I T

my "friend" and "someone else" and some people they knew, "may or m,ay not havE" gone into "a school" which people in questione may or may not have hated due to teahcers being s h i t heads

and someone "may have or not have" smashed up a few things, and george tiler (not mentioning any names) left his phone in the place where he smashed the windows and it was found and guess what happened, NOTHING. everyone knew it was difinitely him and technically there was proof, it was so obvious, but they cant prove it exactly so nothing happend.
