Some people may be really embarrased that they wouldn't want to post. So, is it possible to have a setting in your profile so that you can change it to 'anonymous' so that only admins/mods can check who it is throught the IP, so incase people take advantage of this to post rude comments they may still receive warning. Do you think that could happen?

It Works Fine On Other Forums So Hopefully It Should Be Fine Here 
Its Not Just About Health It Can Be About Anything,
If We Allowed Anyone To Post It Will Get Filled With Spam Bots etc.

i need help plz i use clearisil and other face stuff but i still get spots 
can anyone think of a good solution 2 my problem like reccomend something that permanantley gets rid of spots cuz i want a gf but i dont wanna ask dem out
cuz of my spots also can you help with my lips they are always crusty and vasaline wont work for me (lasts for abbout 5 mins) if anyone can help me then please p.m the solution to me ty

i'd definatly vote for it i'd always be too embarassed to post stuff, i think it would be a great idea if you could choose to be anonymous. Totally agree It's okay for guys, they don't mind discussig their personal issues with the world. If you've noticed, no girls at all have posted embarrassing stuff about themselves on the forum.. only boys. Don't you see? I can think of issues i'd like to get advice on but i'd never post them as everyone would know it was me. I'd be too embarrassed. I'm sre that's the case with loads of other people too. It's worked on other forums as thats not personal stuff, nobodies embarrassed about that sort of stuff, but the things people want to post on here are personal things and i think you should have the chance to remain annymous if you want to. That way people (proably girls mostly) would feel free to speak their personal issues and not feel totally embarrassed.

Anyone who is ignorant enough to laugh at a problem you have is not worth being taken seriously anyway
Just ignore them, and mods will sort it out
