RE:SWAP NOT BIDDED ONi checked my SS account a while back and all these items was bidded on and not by me!

i phoned SS up about this and they said i had to E-MAIL them with the swap number and items did this and they only refunded 3 of the items and E-mailed them again about the 4th one and they asked me to send the items back to them and i did this and they sent 1 or 2 back to me after i sent them back what is SS playing at as anyone else had the same problem with SS at all!

i email them 4 times about a swap which was never swapped with me and never canceled and i emailed them 5th time then they emailed back
