We currently have over 600,000 members, and we receive an extremely small amount of emails a week to our customer services team. Not all of which are regarding problems. I believe this shows that the vast majority of our users do not experience problems. We also process approximately 60,000 transactions a month, of which there are very few that have problems. Any items that we don't receive from users, or users do not receive from us are reported to Royal Mail. Unfortunately, due to the extreme number of items that we receive and post, there will always be a percentage that get 'lost' by Royal Mail.
Our IT department are currently investigating the issue of bids being placed after the end time. Unfortunately it is something that we cannot replicate ourselves, and as such is extremely difficult to determine where the problem lies. Please rest assured however that it is being looked at.
Customer Service
Our customer service team always strive to reply to emails within 24 hours of them being sent during the week, or 48 hours on the weekend. The only automated emails that we send are notifications regarding swaps. For example if a swap has been won, if we have received a swap etc. There are no automated email replies to customer queries. I can assure you that we do not ignore emails. I'm sure you can appreciate that we want our members to be as happy with their SwapitShop experience as possible.

What a load of rubbish.
'Very few problems'....PAH! Us lot on here send a hell of a lot of emails to them in a week and just check out how many swaps get 'lost' by looking in this section lol.

SwapitShop' e-mail service is a COMPLETE waste of time, whenever I've rang them up they've sorted it straight away but when I first joined SwapitShop, I e-mailed them several times and never got a reply and that was MONTHS ago!
SwapitShop need to sort themselves out!
