Please help guys4 days ago i sent loads of things to swapitshop first class the last 3 days things have been credited but 1 thing hasn't 
I have emailed them but had no reply yet. It was only a harry potter card but i don't want my rating to go down 3 when i have sent it.

ring them as they dont reply to emails much but if you ring them they have no choice but to talk to them
