30,000 swapits stolen !!!!Stupid guy sent me an empty psp box when i won a psp CONSOLE for 30,000 swapits !!!!!!!!!!saintzfc was selling a brand new white psp and i just got it 3 days ago but im posting it on this forum so late coz I only just joined this forum. He sent me a god damn empty psp box !!! |

I don't get how SwapitShop will know for sure if they checked the package or not when it went through the post room, because they're rubbish at checking swaps. Anybody could receive a PSP then state they received an empty box - SwapitShop don't always check so they're not gonna know if it's a lie or not. | ||

that seller is a scammer i bought two DS consoles off them and recieved pieces of paper. ring swapitshop and let them know that this person is a known scammer. They sold me they were banning that user, but looked like they didnt. | ||

they have to refund as its there fault for not checking its there obligtion to and since they cant be sure they checked then they have to give him benefit of the doubt | ||

thats not his problem as they cannot gaurantee and will not gaurantee they checked it unless they specifically remember which they wouldnt have sent it on if they had soif they havent checked it then they have to refund as its 100% there fault. | ||

it aint spam when its a member looking for help they'd want replies of the same nature pooste to make sure we are right rather than taking one or two persons word for it. |

I've had scams before.. and i've always just sent an angry email into info@swapitshop.com they always refund your swapits. Sometimes they don't reply for a while though.. so you just have to keep sending your complaints to them. Every complaint i've had about an item.. they've always refunded my swapits. But you have to contact them and tell them how upset you are about it and then they're very sympathetic and refund your swapits!! It worked every time i did it.. as i had some scams on gift vouchers and stuff. Anyway hope that helped.. and hope you get refunded! | ||
