No, they're not.
When they say that rule, what they mean is like:
Lucky dip - bid to win a nintendo wii, £50 note or 2p coin sort of thing.. (different items).
They are offering the same item, just a lucky dip for what colour you get .

I brought this up about different make-up colours for lip gloss a while ago by a frenzy and I got the same response as you got from Yxz.
I personally still think that it's a mystery swap as the rule says
• 'Lucky dip' or 'mystery' swaps that do not explain exactly what the bidder will receive.
And in my opinion I think that a random colour means it is not explaining exactly what the bidder will recieve, and therefore still breaking a rule.
They are even calling them "lucky dip" swaps now... seriously I didn't think they would word it like that since that's how they worded it in the rules if they mean differently.
