Annoyed.I sent a swap in a few days ago,and swapitshop said i didnt give the right amount of stamps(Which i did).
Then i emailed swapitshop and this was the reply i got :
| Quote: | Hi,
Thanks for your email.
I think that the issue here was that you provided Irish stamps for the swap. We can’t use these in England at all – so we need you to get hold of some English stamps (you can get these from the Royal Mail website, or even on SwapitShop!).
I have processed this one for you this time, but in future we need you to send the correct postage.
I hope that helps.
Thanks,

(I edited out some bits of info)
I emailed them back saying i have loads of english stamps to use on ss.Im not that stupid
But at least i got my swapits for the swap i suppose

If you have lots of English Stamps to use, why did you put irish ones on the package? Or didn't you?
If I was you, I would put the english stamps inside the envelope with the swap, and then there will be no confusion when they receive the package
Just write on the back of the package 'forwarding stamps inside' or something
Hopefully that should work!
